To help your son / daughter complete as many badges as possible, you can complete some at home, at school or at a club you attend.

We will be making badge sheets for certain badges, these will be ones that we cannot or are unable to do at Beavers. We aim to do most others during the Beaver Programme.

Please note: You need to speak to the section leader before beginning a badge at home, at school or at a club you attend. Leaders have final decision on whether the badge can be done at home.

Beaver Scout Badges

Here you can find information on all badges that are available to earn while your son / daughter is in the Beaver section.

Many of the badges available are activity badges, which allow Beavers to show their progress in existing pursuits, but also to try all kinds of new things and form new interests.

Gaining a challenge badge involves accomplishing a number of more ambitious tasks within the Colony or community. There are several challenge badges across a number of themes, from the physical and outdoorsy to challenges dealing with the local community or issues connected with the Scouting world.

Staged Activity Badges are designed to be completed throughout your son / daughters journey - Beavers should be aiming to complete stage 1 in these badges.
